In this class learn how to make an easy flaky, buttery, tender pastry with Gail and guest, PJ Hamel, baker and blogger for King Arthur Flour. We will use it to make delicacies such as raspberry turnovers, cheese straws, baked brie cups, and sausage rolls.
This is a three hour class due to the technique involved.
