Artisan bread baker Gail Blakely will present her newest home-baked breads—bowl breads and experiment with various toppings for these delicious loaves. You will learn to make your own butter along with flavored spreads such as maple butter and tapenade. Participants will leave with a loaf of bread made in class, plus a pyrex bowl to make their own loaves at home.
