Farm to Table Series: “From Scratch” Cooking with Chef Joe Ellia

Another summer of “Buy Local, Eat Local” and we will give you lots of ways to “Cook Local.”

Executive Chef Joe Ellia will bring us some of the produce that is used in the kitchen at the Bear in Boots Gastropub in Falmouth.  The restaurant has its own greenhouse and roof garden.  Joe is passionate about cooking with local ingredients and he will share recipes from some of the more popular dishes on his menu.
