Another summer of “Buy Local, Eat Local” and we will give you lots of ways to “Cook Local.”

Gail and Judy are both enthusiastic home bakers and will take advantage of the plentiful local herbs abundant on the Cape in June. They will demonstrate how to add zing to your home cooking with a variety of mints (spearmint, chocolate, apple, pineapple, and peppermint) as well as the thymes (lemon, orange, and caraway).  This is rhubarb season, and strawberries will be ready for picking.  Join us as we explore frittatas and cakes, breads, sauces, and muffins.
