Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) Researcher Talks at Highfield Hall & Gardens

Toxic Red Tides and Harmful Algal Blooms:  A Regional and Global Perspective on a Growing Threat to Shellfish, Tourism, and Other Coastal Resources

In collaboration with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), Highfield Hall & Gardens is hosting an exhibit of videos highlighting the work of WHOI researchers, Tim Shank, Don Anderson and Amy Kukulya.  These researchers will be discussing their work in a series of talks on research in our local waters.

Other talks in our series: May 25, 6:00 pm: Tim Shank, WHOI Biologist, Deep sea canyons off our coast and June 22: 6:00 pm: Amy Kukulya, WHOI Engineer, Using autonomous underwater vehicles to learn about sharks and turtles.

No registration is required. This event is open seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have any physical limitations, we are happy to reserve seats for you and your guests.
