At the close of the 19th century, Highfield Hall sat as a sentinel of gracious living atop a hill overlooking the village of Falmouth and the harbor beyond. The landscape, originally designed by famed 19th century landscape architect Ernest Bowditch, was abandoned in the 20th century. In 2010, we began the process of restoring the mansion to its original garden estate setting and creating an outdoor recreation space to be treasured by residents and visitors alike.
