Award-winning jazz pianist Rossano Sportiello was born in Vigevano, Italy and performed extensively in Europe before coming to the United States in 2003 to play at a festival in Florida. Settling a few years later in NYC, Rossano began performing with the world’s finest jazz luminaries including Dick Hyman, Slide Hampton, Clark Terry, Bucky Pizzarelli and many others. He has been in great demand in the U. S. appearing at New York venues such as Lincoln Center, the Blue Note, Birdland, Feinstein’s, the 92nd Street Y, Carnegie Hall, the United Nations, the Café Carlyle and Town Hall.
