Chef Andrew Medeiros is introducing a delicious Pho Vietnamese noodle soup on his menu this season at the Pier37 Boathouse. In our class, he will break down the various components of this popular meal and show you how to make two versions: one with beef brisket and one with chicken. Currently, the chef is growing his own bean sprouts to use as a garnish, and he will also demonstrate how to do this at home.
