Learning how to use a pastry bag will allow you to use more cake decorating ideas and provides more options when decorating cupcakes, cookies, and other desserts. But the pastry bag can be used for more than decorating:  we will show you how to make cream puffs and eclairs, along with techniques for adding your own special touch to mashed potatoes, deviled eggs, and whipped cream garnishes for your dessert.

Pastry Chef Hope Christy will demonstrate techniques, and everyone will have a chance to try the Wilson pastry bags with a variety of tips.  We will have cupcakes ready for decoration as well as meringue for making tiny mushrooms.  Everyone leaves with a re-usable pastry bag with a variety of tips that will inspire you to decorate cookies, cupcakes, and much more!

Menu: gougeres, pavolva, meringue mushrooms, and icing techniques for cupcakes. (Subject to change based on availability.)
