Tickets, which are the tour guides/booklets, will be available for PICK UP July 14 – 18 at Highfield Hall from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
On the day of the tour, Saturday the 19th they may be picked up at Highfield Hall from 9:30 to 12:30 or at the WHOA Quissett Campus parking lot, 360 Woods Hole Road Falmouth, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Visit a series of splendid homes in stunning settings along the shores of Buzzards Bay to benefit Highfield Hall & Gardens. The houses span over a century of construction, from a 1900 shingle style home renovated into a Spanish Colonial Revival to spectacular architect designed waterfront homes overlooking Great Harbor and Naushon. An exquisitely delightful design in a house with a salt water pool, a house built around the view of Nobska Lighthouse and a 1940’s boat house are all on the tour. Featured architects include Mark Hutker (Hutker Architects) and Michele Foster (Foster Associates), premier builders C. H. Newton and Cataldo Custom Builders along with landscape design by Horiuchi and Solien and landscapes by Soares Flower Garden Nursery.
Tickets are $75 each and are fully tax deductible.
Tour goers will be parking at the WHOI Quissett Campus lot, located at 360 Woods Hole Road and will be bused to the two separate tour locations. Walking will be required, especially on the Penzance Point portion of the tour, it is approximately 1 mile each way with breath taking views and additional vans to help with transportation. Refreshments will be available for purchase from the Barking Claw and bottled water will be offered on the buses.
