Celebrate Madi Gras with this taste of New Orleans menu; this is a guided instruction class where students will work in teams of two or individually on one recipe per team while learning about the prep for all the items. We’ll be making Mini Muffuletta sandwiches, Cajun Skillet Shrimp, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Black Pepper Baking Powder Biscuits and Bananas Foster Bread Pudding. We’ll finish by tasting the dishes and discussing the recipes.  “Laissez les bons temps rouler!” (Let the good times roll!)
