Join us as we welcome Chef Paimblanc back to the Highfield kitchen for the celebration of Beaujolais Nouveau Day. This special day falls on the third Thursday of November when wine connoisseurs gather to take part in the traditional tasting of the current year’s Beaujolais Nouveau.
Chef Paimblanc’s offering will be a French immersion including a wine tasting and preparing a three course meal.
All classes are hosted by Highfield Culinary Coordinator Gail Blakely with guest presenters.
