If you’ve ever wondered how beautiful pastries with cream filling are made or want to impress friends with delicious cheese puffs at your next cocktail/wine gathering, this hands-on class is for you. You’ll be learning how to make pate a choux – French puff pastry that’s the basis of Gougeres (cheese puffs), eclairs and cream puffs. We’ll also make the pastry cream that fills the puffs along with chocolate glaze.
