When only 15 years old, cellist Sebastian Bäverstam took first prize in the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Concerto Competition, and several months later performed the Shostakovich First Concerto with the BSO in Symphony Hall. His pianist, Constantine Finehouse, was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and also studied at NEC, The Juilliard School and Yale University. The duo has played over 100 recitals together and released their first CD in 2010.
