This week will be an exploration of One Dish, Four Seasons by Jordan Zucker. Chef Michelle will guide you through recipes that have a common thread – a tomato tart that can be used all year round with seasonal toppings. Options for this unique crust range from light and Spring like to heavier and cozier for cooler months. This class will be part demonstration and part hands on, allowing you to get your hands right in and cook. Topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
Unique to this book is Jordan’s wit – you feel like she is actually talking to you! She also offers music and wine options for each dish.
