For the last class in our Cook the Book series, Gail is adding a second book to make the event a “twofer”!

This week Gail will explore the spring and summer menus in this charming book, preparing seasonal dishes such as a Spring Vegetable Crudite Board with Garlic Herb Vegetable Dip, Crispy Crab Cakes with Old Bay Aioli, and Stawberry Orzo Salad.

Snacking Cakes by Yossy Arefi is a great little book, especially now, as we move to picnics and other al fresco dining.  These are simple recipes that are endlessly adaptable.  For the class, we will make a Berry Cream Cheese Cake that will wow your family and friends, while you smile and say “it was so easy!”.
