Food historian Paula Marcoux will demonstrate a few recipes from her book, Cooking with Fire.  As the food and recipe editor of Edible South Shore and South Coast, she is no stranger to exploring the bygone pathways of food history and culture.  One of her passions is constructing basic wood-fired ovens and she will be delighted to answer questions about that process as well as sign copies of her cookbook.
