Easy cooking using a pressure cooker with air fryer
Dust off those appliances and take stock of your pantry! We are looking to make good use of what’s already in our homes, creating innovative combinations for meals that require only a few fresh items from the market. Gail will provide suggestions for easy side dishes, where needed, and also discuss some cookbooks that she uses for this type of home cooking. Each class will also offer a bonus dessert recipe using the appliance of the day.
Electric Pressure Cooker with Air Fryer: Adding an air fryer to your instant pot gives you more options for fast cooking– especially in smaller amounts– ideal for couples or small families. We will make parmesan, rosemary, and black pepper french fries and salmon tacos with roasted pineapple slaw. We will explore air fryer basics such as crispy shallots and air fried Brussel sprouts.
