Another summer of “Buy Local, Eat Local” and we will give you many ways to “Cook Local.” Vendors from local markets and farms will supply the ingredients and we will work with these high quality products in order to help you put the best tasting and freshest dishes on your table at home. Some local artisans and volunteer culinary experts will join the classes to answer any questions you might have. Recipes and tastes are provided.
