Our guest, Chef Dione Peterson went to culinary school in Brazil before coming to this country. She will be showing us how to make some of her favorite Brazilian dishes. We will start with Pao de Queijo,an easy cheese bread, and move on to rice and beans. On the grill we will prepare beef barbecue on skewers with peppers and onions, and chicken on skewers with zucchini and other summer squash. We will end with those delectable Brazilian treats, chocolate fudge balls, better known as Brigadeiros. Class topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
