This year Chef Matt Lombardo, Owner/Chef of Roland’s Catering, will join us to demonstrate how to make this delicious fresh cheese, then explore a variety of ways to serve it. Of course, there is the classic caprese salad—but how about making it with peaches? The possibilities are endless! What about Chicken Parm Burgers? Or perhaps an Antipasto with Cream Drenched Mozzarella and Tiny Tomatoes and Kalamata Olives. A fun and attractive side is “Eat the Rainbow” Chopped Salad with Basil, Kale, and Mozzarella. Explore other delectable combinations too, such as Tomato Toast with Peaches, a Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Melon plate, or Grilled Salmon Caprese.
