Our Farm to Table annual series focuses on the fresh produce available at local farmers’ markets and on learning how to “cook local”. It’s tomato time! How many new dishes can we come up with? Better yet, how many of our perennial favorites (tomato tarte tatin, gazpacho) will get an upgrade this year? Class topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
