Linda Despres worked for 40 years as a fishery biologist for the National Marine Fisheries Service in Woods Hole. In this class, one of the most popular in our Farm to Table series, Linda will explain how to select the freshest seafood at the market and she will take the mystery out of how fish is caught and prepared for sale. The class includes a cooking demonstration and a tasting of some special new seafood dishes from Cape Cod waters.
