Another summer of “Buy Local, Eat Local” and we will give you lots of ways to “Cook Local.” Click here to learn more about Nobska Farm and Rooster Fricke. Vendors from local markets and farms will supply the ingredients and we will work with these high quality products in order to help you put the best tasting and freshest dishes on your table at home.   Some artisans may join the classes to promote their products and answer any questions you might have.  Recipes and tastes are provided. Each class will feature a different theme.
