Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries…oh my!

This annual series focuses on the produce available at our local farmers’ markets. This year our culinary director, Gail Blakely, is bringing her box of fresh produce to the class so that you can virtually join her in learning how to “cook local”!

Early summer berries are for more than just dessert:  breakfast, luncheon salad, compotes and more… Join Gail this week as she show us how to put them to good use! Recipes are subject to change depending on availability.

Classes will be held online using the Zoom platform, and if you choose to use the video option, we have no doubt you will find friendly and familiar faces. We are excited to create these opportunities for togetherness and community!
