Farm to Table with Bear in Boots in the Garden

Another summer of “Buy Local, Eat Local” and we will give you many ways to “Cook Local.” Vendors from local markets and farms will supply the ingredients and we will work with these high quality products in order to help you put the best tasting and freshest dishes on your table at home. Some local artisans and experts will join the classes to promote their products and answer any questions you might have. Recipes and tastes are provided.
This class begins at Bear in Boots: meet the chef at the restaurant garden at 10 am, pick the produce, then return to Highfield for a lesson from Joe Ellia and Ricky Smith * This is a 3 hour class as it starts downtown at the restaurant.
