David and Deena Shahzade have owned Falmouth Fish in Teaticket since 1988.  David knows a great deal about the local fishing industry, and his wife Deena has cooked “probably over 1000 fish dishes”  over the years.  Together, they have published a cookbook called Recipes from the Falmouth Fish Market.  This class will provide information on how to choose the freshest fish, and different ways of preparing in your own kitchen.

This class includes instruction, recipes, tastings and a wine pairing.
