This season our culinary director, Gail Blakely, will be getting out of the kitchen and setting up shop outside on Highfield’s back porch. In our new From Garden to Grill series learn how to use your grill to create sublime summer dishes, while making use of farm-fresh vegetables! Recipes and tastes are provided. Recipes are also subject to change depending on availability.

This week Gail will be using all the late summer bounty available to us:  squash, corn, onions, herbs and tomatoes—adding a little cheese and pesto, then feasting on the results.
