This season our culinary director, Gail Blakely, will be getting out of the kitchen and setting up shop outside on Highfield’s back porch. In our new From Garden to Grill series learn how to use your grill to create sublime summer dishes, while making use of farm-fresh vegetables! Recipes and tastes are provided. Recipes are also subject to change depending on availability.
This week we’ll be cooking on the grill and using the Instant Pot to make grains for salads, combining corn and cucumbers, squash and seeds, fresh herbs, and of course, loads of ripe tomatoes.
