In this class, the Chef Kay will demonstrate the creation of Cranberry/Almond Biscotti, Miso Salad dressing, Pumpkin Harvest Scones and Candied Grapefruit Peel. Additional suggestions will be provided to make orange butter and roasted red pepper butter. Recipes and tastes are provided.
