Ashley Sadler comes to us from The Bog restaurant where she was known for creating dishes that feel indulgent, but uses tips, tricks and ingredients to make the end product healthier.  Learn how to make a small amount of rich cheese transform a vegetable dish, how to use herbs and spices to promote gut health, and how to use nuts as thickeners.  The first class will feature a fall menu, the second, healthy indulgences for your Thanksgiving table.
