The great Russian pianist Sergei Rachmaninoff once said, “Music is enough for a lifetime, but a lifetime is not enough for music.”
Sara Daneshpour couldn’t agree more…
Since moving to Philadelphia to study with Leon Fleisher at the Curtis Institute of Music when she was 14, Sara has turned years of study and one electrifying performance after another into a high-voltage career. Blazing technique, expressivity, and endless imagination. These are the words critics use to describe this powerhouse, who has performed in the world’s greatest venues… from Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Kennedy Center in Washington DC to the Great Hall of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory. We first met her in our intimate concert hall in 2017… just after her stunning 3rd prize win at the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition in Tel Aviv. Then again in 2018.
Everyone knows, especially good things come in threes.
