If you’re bored with the same old chili recipe, chef Kay Benaroch, is going to kick it up with the addition of roasted fresh chilis, spices and cocoa powder along with chorizo sausage. To accompany the chili, how about an Asian coleslaw featuring a tasty peanut-flavored dressing and an easy-to-make open-face tart using blueberries and peaches. Bonus recipes include Mini-Muffuletta sandwiches and grapefruit/tequila Paloma cocktails.
