Ever had that “fear of filo” dough?  This class will help—Gail and guest Pamela Rothstein will discuss the hazards of working with the pre-made dough, then move to create wonders such as strudel, spinach pie, salty Nutella cigars, goat cheese swirls with pomegranate, honey, and pistachios, and a BLT pizza.
