Meet the Chefs: our most popular series featuring local chefs, now in its 7th year! Learn the secrets of professional chefs, in the kitchen at Highfield Hall.

Chef Paimblanc has trained in some of Europe’s top establishments, and is a founder (along with Jacques Pepin and Julia Child) of the Certificate Program in the Culinary Arts at Boston University.  We are privileged to have him join us once again to demonstrate some of his favorite dishes.
