Contemporary Cape Cod recipes are brought to Highfield’s kitchen with Chef Sarah Dufour of Quicks Hole Tavern in Woods Hole!

HH&G culinary team is hosting this exclusive series in person once again, which features top chefs from regional restaurants. Enjoy demonstrations, meet and talk to the chefs, and hear what goes on in the kitchen and how the magic happens.

This week Chef Sarah Dufour will be demonstrating how to make classic stuffed clams, lobster two ways, and will also make one of her fabulous desserts! Class topics and recipes are subject to change depending on availability.
