Given the evolving situation with COVID-19, Highfield Hall & Gardens will be closed for public visitation until further notice. We have also postponed all March & April classes and programs.

Sadly we are unable to reschedule the Bucatino & Quarterdeck class. We are hoping that by this time next year, we will have Chef Bob Jarvis amongst us once more!

Culinary Director Gail Blakely hosts this exclusive series, which features top chefs from regional restaurants. Enjoy demonstrations, meet and talk to the chefs, and hear what goes on in the kitchen and how the magic happens. These programs sell out fast – please register early to avoid disappointment.

Chef Bob Jarvis owns the Pilot House restaurant in Sandwich, the Quarterdeck in Falmouth and Bucatino Restaurant and Wine Bar in North Falmouth. For over 40 years, the Quarterdeck Restaurant has been delighting Falmouth locals and visitors alike with delicious seafood, steaks and other popular lunch and dinner choices. Bucatino opened in early July, replacing the Beach House, with an upscale Italian menu and pleasing Euro-style décor.
