The Meeting House Chamber Music, directed by pianist Donald Enos, will bring a piano trio to Highfield Hall with two exceptional artists from New York City. Joyce Hammann is an eclectic violinist, equally at home on the concert stage, in a jazz club, or in front of screaming fans at a rock concert. She has performed and recorded with Paul McCartney, Sting, Michael Jackson and Bruce Springsteen. Joining her will be cellist, Matthias Naegele, a chamber musician and soloist who has performed in Europe, the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Asia. Pianist Donald Enos is a popular solo and chamber pianist, a member of the Cape Symphony for over twenty years. Their program will include Boccherini, Sonata in D major for violin and cello; Haydn Trio in C major, XV: 27; Music of Ellen Taaffe Zwilich and Astor Piazzolla; Mendelssohn’s Trio in D minor, Op.49.
