Join author Rebecca Pacheco as she shares how to find stillness in uncertain times.

Highfield Hall is pleased to welcome author, teacher, and speaker Rebecca Pacheco for a special event featuring meditation, conversation, and exploration of how to find inner stillness in uncertain times. A Falmouth native and Boston resident, Rebecca is the author of Still Life: The Myths and Magic of Mindful Living (2021) and Do Your Om Thing: Bending Yoga Tradition to Fit Modern Life (2015)both published by HarperCollins. This meet-the-author meets meditation class will bring the wisdom of Still Life—to life!

Mindfulness practices of all kinds have been shown to reduce stress, increase concentration, decrease anxiety and depression, boost immunity, and improve sleep. Rebecca is known for her warm, inclusive, and practical approach to mindfulness practices of all kinds and has worked with people of every age and stage of life, from NBA players and Olympic athletes to firefighters, pop stars, and professional ballerinas. She frequently speaks at universities, corporations, and nonprofits and holds the fortuitous distinction of being the only person to teach yoga at all three major Boston sports venues: Gillette Stadium, TD Boston Garden, and Fenway Park. No meditation experience is necessary to attend.

All are welcome. Books are available for purchase provided by Eight Cousins, and Rebecca will sign copies following the program.
