Highfield is excited to be hosting a series of meditation sessions in our new Meditation Garden. In these monthly workshops you will use your senses, listen to a guided meditation, focus on your breath, practice standing meditation and learn hand mudras. Each workshop will focus on a different theme. Enjoy the beauty of Highfield Hall & Gardens as you experience nature and learn mindfulness strategies in our new Meditation Garden.
