This class is so popular we’ve added another: Artisan bread baker Gail Blakely will present her newest home-baked bread—bowl breads.  Everyone will mix their own, then bake it off in 1 quart Pyrex bowl which they will then take home with them.  Various toppings for these delicious loaves will also be explored:  participants will learn to make their own butter along with flavored spreads such as maple butter and tapenade.
