If the thought of making your own pie dough has you trembling with doubt, fear not, this workshop is designed for you!
Join one of Highfield’s Culinary instructors, Kay Benaroch for a new fall baking class. In this workshop we’ll make an easy pie dough recipe, demonstrate the technique for rolling it out and fitting in a pie plate and then make an open-face apple tart using pie dough. If space permits you’ll be able to take your turn at making a batch of pie dough to bring home and use later.
