2016: The Year of the Vegetable
With the glorification of vegetables, we now need to move them to the center of the plate – not just serve them as a side dish. This class will focus on new techniques, such as searing cauliflower steaks, using mushrooms for ground beef and layering lasagnas with spinach and eggplant. Don’t forget seaweed – we’ll investigate that as well!
