Welcome spring by creating some delectable, unique appetizers that go beyond the typical crackers and cheese. In this guided instruction class, you’ll be working in teams of two or individually on one recipe per team while learning about the prep for all the items. We’ll make: Phyllo Triangles with Squash and Raisin filling, Chicken Satay, Spicy Sweet Cranberry Meatballs, Indian Spiced Sweet Potato Fritters, Thai Fish Cakes and Bruschetta with Sriracha and Chicken topping. We’ll finish with tasting all the dishes and discussing the recipes. Cheers!
