Join us for relaxing, centering, Qi Gong with Margie Mitchell in the beautiful gardens of Highfield Hall. The practice of Qi Gong integrates the mind, body, and spirit energies through breath work, gentle stretching, warm-ups, “flows”, and meditation to promote wellness, increased vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing. Margie Mitchell is Holden Qi Gong certified. Find out more about Qi Gong on her website at www.capechigong.com. Our late summer session runs Tuesday mornings 8/22, 8/29, 9/5 and 9/12 from 9:15 am-10:15 am. The cost will be $10/class, $12 for drop ins. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably. No mat is required.
