Join us for the first session of Qi Gong in the beautiful gardens of Highfield Hall. This summer we will offer two 4-week sessions of relaxing, centering, Qi Gong with Margie Mitchell. The practice of Qi Gong integrates the mind, body, and spirit energies through breath work, gentle stretching, warm-ups, “flows”, and meditation to promote wellness, increased vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing.
