Come celebrate the harvest with us and learn how to make foolproof pie crust. Want some new ideas for seasonal  pies? We’ll be making savory pies such as a woodsy mushroom potpie, rustic spinach potato pie, a harvest quiche, and a caramelized onion and blue cheese galette.

We’ll also experiment with different crust recipes.  Whether you are a beginning cook or an experienced baker who just wants to brush upon your skills, this is the class for you!
