Highfield Hall’s culinary expert, Gail Blakely, invites Elaine and Karin Tammi into the kitchen to teach everything you need to know about preparing and cooking scallops.  Elaine and Karin have shared their extensive experience in their cookbook Scallops.  This class includes instruction, recipes, tastings and a wine pairing.

The authors will sell and sign copies of their cookbook after the cooking demonstration.  Check or cash accepted.
