Prepare a delicious Valentine’s Day meal with Kay Benaroch.

Create a beautiful meal to share with those you love; this is a participation, guided class where students will be working individually or in pairs on one recipe per team while learning about the prep for all the items.  Our menu includes Gougeres – cheese puffs made with pate a choux pastry, baked spinach, strip steak with mushroom sauce, parsnip and carrot puree and chocolate mousse.  We’ll finish by tasting all the dishes and discussing the recipes.
