Join T3C’s friendly and knowledgeable leaders to walk a variety of loops through Falmouth’s treasured Beebe Woods. Visit the Punch Bowl or Ice House Pond! Explore the “back 40” and the connection to Kelly Woodland. Hike over to Peterson Farm and back. There are nearly endless options. Trails can be muddy or rocky or both; sometimes there are steep hills. As the months progress, returning walkers will have explored different parts of this beloved conservation area, and will see changes along the way as winter becomes spring. Learn more about The 300 Committee here.
After exploring the woods, Highfield Hall invites walkers inside for a quick warm-up and snack!
Please wear appropriate footwear and bundle up against the elements. In case of rain or heavy snow, the event will be canceled. Please keep dogs at home.
Directions: Please park and meet in the Hiker’s Lot for Beebe Woods. Take Depot Ave. to Highfield Drive and follow the arrows to the large unpaved area beyond the Cape Cod Conservatory. Please do not park in the paved lot between the Highfield Theater and the Conservatory.
